Terms of Service

Section 1: General Agreement and Rights

The artist, FabledFelurian, retains all rights to the artwork. The client, or rightful owner, retains all rights to their character(s) if this is a commission for personal characters. The client only has rights to use the artwork for personal use. This means the client can not make profit from or sell the artist's artwork. *This includes anything that you put behind a paywall that rewards with the art piece. IE. Twitch emotes that require a subscription to use. If the client would like to purchase the commercial rights from the artist, contact the artist BEFORE the commission is started to pay your commercial fees.The artist(FabledFelurian) may:
✦ Use the artwork in portfolios
✦ Use the artwork to promote my artwork
✦ Exceptions include a request to keep the clients commission private. Must be discussed before start of commission, no exceptionsThe client or rightful owner may:
✦ Use the artwork for personal use unless commercial artwork was paid for
✦ Print the artwork as it's not being resold or used for commercial purposes
✦ Retain rights of characters owned in the artwork but not artwork rights itself
✦ Post the artwork elsewhere as long as the artist is credited clearly
✦ Request that the commission be kept private before commission startThe client or rightful owner may not:
✦ Take credit for the artwork creation
✦ Remove any watermarks or signatures
✦ Alter the artwork without talking to the artist first.
✦ Use my artwork for NTFs or for AI training/databases.Commercial use:
✦ Allows the client to use the artwork to make merchandise and resell the artwork
✦ Allows for use on covers of books, band albums, video game work, or promotional materials
✦ Requires artist credit, no exceptions
✦ Does NOT allow my artwork for NTFs or for AI training/databases.

Section 2: Pricing and Payment Terms

The artist accepts payment through Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo up front and in USD only.Payment plans may be discussed with the artist before commission start but the artist will not start work until payment has been received in full.If the client is late with the specified dates of payment plan, the payment will be refunded and your place in the commissions queue will be forfeit. There is a grace period of 3 days before the artist will cancel your commission and refund any payments made. Artist may also blacklist or start a public service announcement for repeat offenders.Exceptions to commission refunds in the case of missing a payment plan is if an extension has been discussed prior to the due date or within the 3 day grace period.
